With GIMP, I created pictures of pokemon by altering pictures of animals. Don’t they look realistic?

Here is the real Magcargo.

Here is the Magcargo that I made. I made it by using a picture of a snail and a flame.

Here is the real Onix.

Here is the Onix that I made. I made it by using a picture of a snake and blurring it to make the horn.

Here is the real Umbreon.

Here is the Umbreon that I made. I made it by altering a picture of a wolf.

For christmas, my grandmother gave me a book about a software program called GIMP. GIMP stands for GNU Image Manipulation Program. I used what I learned from the book to create all the images in this post. I hope you like them!!!

Here’s some of the various images a made with GIMP.

This is a Super Mario 64 picture. I took graphics from the internet that came from Super Mario 64 and just put them together. My friend has Super Mario 64 and I’ve played it before.

I got two images from the internet for this one and combined the two. I bet you can guess which images I picked!

I really enjoy using GIMP. I’ll put some more pictures on this blog later. I highly recommend the book about GIMP for people who are interested in computer graphics. The book is called “Beginning GIMP: From Novice to Professional“.
